When I log into the Immerse SDK, I receive a message saying “You are not able to create content with this account. Please contact your administrator to get creator access.”

This error occurs when the Immerse SDK thinks your account is not a Developer account. If you’re a developer and you are receiving this message, it is likely that the Immerse Platform Services package, is out of date:

  • Open the Unity Package Manager
  • Find the Immerse Packages (if they are not immediately visible check My Registries)
  • Select Immerse Platform Services and locate the most recent version.
  • Click [Update to ....], or [Install]

After updating this package, restart Unity, sign into the SDK again, and if you have any more issues, feel free to contact us at support@immerse.io
