This error occurs when the Immerse SDK thinks your account is not a Developer account. If you’re a developer and you are receiving this message, it is likely that the Immerse Platform Services package, is out of date:
- Open the Unity Package Manager
- Find the Immerse Packages (if they are not immediately visible check My Registries)
- Select Immerse Platform Services and locate the most recent version.
- Click [Update to ....], or [Install]
After updating this package, restart Unity, sign into the SDK again, and if you have any more issues, feel free to contact us at support@immerse.io.
