The PIN doesn't work when I enter it into an application on my headset

- Check you're connected to the Internet. The Immerse Platform is a cloud service.

- Like a physical PINpad, it is possible to press numbers incorrectly - double check the PIN is correct

- Check with the session host that the PIN hasn't expired. For security reasons, PINs have an expiration date (typically 1 min, to 7 days). This means PINs can expire - you will not receive a message telling you that the PIN has expired

- You might be using an Anonymous PIN in an application which doesn't support them. (Press B & Y buttons to relink your session)
