When I try to log into the Immerse SDK, I get an error message saying "Failed to sign in to the Immerse Platform. Request failed with status code Unauthorized"

This error message could mean:

  1. You have entered your Developer email address and / or password incorrectly; try resetting your password
  2. You have been temporarily locked out of your Developer account, due to entering the incorrect password too many times; also try resetting your password

If resetting your password doesn't work, it could mean that your developer account has not been set-up correctly. Contact support@immerse.io for more help.
